Responsibilities:

The Call Center Operations Desk is responsible for helping the operations team meeting the Service Levels and schedule adherence:

• Monitors queue spy and aux usage of agents.
• Sends essential interval to the Program/Management team
• Sends day-end reports to Program Management team
• Monitors attendance and sends daily attendance reports
• Monitor real time schedule adherence and reports non compliance
• Work closely with the Program Manager and Supervisors to conduct real –time root cause analysis of SLA impacts
• Assigning schedules for all Agents.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Highly analytical and keen to details
* Candidates must be willing to work in Taguig City.
* Flexible to work on night shift work schedules
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
