CORPORATE – Senior Reporting Analyst Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides value added services to the TeleTech client base through the generation and analysis of operations and financial reporting. Activities include business evaluation, business analysis, business modeling and report development.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous call center or outsourcing experience
* Needs to understand multiple business areas including OSC and center operations
* Required with 3-5 years of experience
* Ability to manage complex multiple complex projects
* Strong background in reporting (operations and financial)
* SQL experience and Seagate Crystal Reports background required
* Database administration skills using Access and Oracle databases
* Very detail oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
* Proven ability to work well with various levels of management within the organization and their clients
* Willing to work in Cainta
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
