At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill: LAN/WAN, Windows XP, File/Print Sharing, User Administration, Basic MS Office Support, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting, Remote Support Software.
Preferred skill(s): Windows NT Server Background, Level 2 Call Center Technical Support.
Required language(s): English (Good to Excellent oral and written).
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants must be willing to go on shifting (12MN to 8AM).
