Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Camarines Sur.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Candidates applying for the position would have at least 3 years experience of which the last 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in the BPO industry. He/she would have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and manage teams of 15 -20 members. Experience in a technical support or customer service environment is essential.
