INVENTORY CONTROL SOX SPECIALIST
(Southern Tagalog)
Responsibilities:
* 100% FG inventory accuracy and SOX compliance
* Logistics Freight Reports
* Inventory Control Reporting
* Inventory Accounts and General Ledger Reconciliation
* Procedure Documentation
* Oracle transactions.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain group, QA and Manufacturing..
* Keep track, analyze, and report on all inventory measurements used such as Levels, Turns etc.
* Logistics reports: track Projects scheduling, inbound, outbound and returned shipments
* Assist in the coordination of physical inventory activities such as Cycle Counts, Year-End Inventory.
* Reconcile and fix all month-end discrepancies and participate in month-end and quarterly closing.
* Track material shipments to and from inventory location.
* Create and distribute Logistics/Inventory reports needed to support other departments.
Requirements:
* Strong background in Logistics and Inventory Control
* General understanding of accounting principles with good knowledge of manufacturing accounting.
* Experience working with computerized manufacturing and accounting systems.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
* Able to create graphs, charts and Power Point presentations.
* Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and diagrams.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and the general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.
* Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and strong grasp of statistical methodology.
* Strong ability to determine mathematical logical differences between results obtained by different methods.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
