Responsibilities:
Job Description:
Run and analyze sales reports using Excel and Access for discrepancies and irregularities. Must be proficient in Excel particularly pivot tables, V-Lookup and other advance Excel functions. As well as designing queries and tables in Access. Reasonably good communication skill is expected as this position will have interaction with other departments. This position will also require researching skills and be able to communicate the result of the research to tax manager. Hours are flexible and can work whenever hours, after training period is completed.
Job Requirements:
• 0-2 years experience in Excel and Access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel pivot tables as well as other advance Excel functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Access.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. sales and use tax laws
Requirements:
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Philosophy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): English.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
