Responsibilities:
To conduct the Customer Relations Management , Accent Neutralization, and English Proficiency program.
Revise and make different essential call center training program module requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis,Quezon City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
