Sales Trainer (Camarines Sur)

Responsibilities:
Comprehension - Ability to clearly undrstand the problem statement
Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets and process owners
Competency in the usage of results-oriented materials, processes and methodologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to motivate trainees
Maintain excellent rapport and addres large group and ensure effectiveness of the training
Ensure best practices are documented and feedback into the process for continous process improvement

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): English Language expertise.
With working knowledge in sales account in BPO Company.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Filipino.
Applicants must be willing to work in Camarines Sur.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
