Requirements:

* Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.

* One (1) year experience in any of the following: technical support, customer service, sales, client management or marketing (not necessarily from a call center).

* Proven communication skills with US clients is a plus.

* Good problem solving and decision making skills.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Willing to be assigned in Shaw.
