Inbound & Technical Support Representatives
PHP 25500 + night differential + bonus
(National Capital Reg – Makati)



• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must have 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in an inbound technical support role with extensive customer service skills
• Must have several years of experience in software or some similar support (cell phone troubleshooting, Internet troubleshooting).
• Ability to multi-task is a MUST.
• Experience working in high volume call center
• Average user processes at least:
100 emails per day
10 – 20 chats per hour; 5 chats at one time
10 – 20 calls per hour
• Experience working with chat and email system
• A flexible schedule – ability to work weekend hours
