Product and Process Training Manager
(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

* Work on certifications, measurements on training efficiency.

* Manage and implement performance improvement training programs

* Will handle a team of trainers pioneering the site in Cebu City

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.

* Strong Training Experience in BPO/Call Center is a MUST

* Financial, Banking and Collections Experience is a Plus

* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.3

* Willing to work in Cebu City

* 2 Full-Time positions available.
