Responsibilities:
* As part of the pioneer team the Trainer will be resoinsible for the delivery on New Hire training as well as ongoing coaching and progression training, including soft skills training for Recruiters. In addiiton to this, the Trainer will be responsible for supervising trainees during the training period.
* The Trainer will also participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)and Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
* Two years of Training expeirnece is preffered
* Previous Customer Service / Sales / Technical support experience in call center or related industry
* Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.
* Understanding of Learning Principles and Training Needs Analysis tools and processes
* Demonstrated ability to design develop and evaluate training programs
