Responsibilities:
Pay computation and benefits administration
Conducts exit interviews
Processes employee movements such as promotions and transfersEnsures full compliance on HR policies and procedures
Plans and organizes employee communication and employee engagement programs
Maintains, generates, reports, analyzes HR data and information
Reviews existing policies and procedures to be able to suggest improvements
Provides HR support and assistance to employees

Requirements:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels, in and out of the organization
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Compensation and Benefits administration
Working knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, principles, and concepts
Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical skills
At least 2 year(s) of related work experience in the call center/BPO industry
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
