Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Must have strong oral and written English communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Have experience in implementing HR policies and procedures with strong compliance.
Must possess high comfort level when responding rapidly to management requirements.
Must have experience in continuous improvement methods with demonstrated skill in goal setting and performance improvement.
At least 5 years experience in Human Resources Management particularly Benefits and Compensation Administration and Performance Management
Experience in a call center/BPO is an advantage
Must be willing to work night shift
Applicants must be willing to work in Libis,Quezon City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
