Customer Service Associates – (Experienced Call Center Agents)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a customer service agent, you’ll be assisting people from the United States, providing advice and solving problems. It can be challenging work, but you’ll be rewarded with bonuses for helping people quickly and professionally, and making them smile. You will answer calls from customers, helping them resolve issues and solve problems while inputting their call information into the computer. During the call, you will also perform inbound sales, offering specials and upgrades to the customer. As a customer service agent, you must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

* With at least six (6) months call center experience.

* At least a graduate of a four year bachelor’s degree or must have finished at least two years in college.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Good problem solving and decision making skills.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
