I.T. Services & Solutions Manager – Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Play a strong key contributory and support role in the Field Services ”Front Door” to the Line Of Business
* Will be part of Field Services Technical Analyst Team in support of the Philippines region as part of the A-List I.T. Responsiveness initiatives
* Responsible for Customer Management Group operation and act as the primary Point Of Contact to lead, consult and coordinate requests for installed production additions, expansions, upgrades and moves
* Assist operation teams with understanding current processes and procedures
* Guide operation teams to the correct I.T. organization to complete their requests
* Provide guidance to operation management team regarding I.T. escalations and assist as needed
* Responsible for the business continuity readiness of the technical infrastructure
* Interface with Network Services Management Team to provide site and team updates as well as learn of communications that need to be provided to the Team
* Make decisions in resolving escalated problems and issues
* Select, train, develop and manage performance of direct reports including provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in related field with 4 to 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Technical Certification of LAN, Cisco, Windows Operating System (MCSE) is expected at this level
* Demonstrates advanced technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
* Experience in managing functional groups in a contact center set-up
* Exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and/or perplexing situations
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, customer service, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment, accept responsibility and accountability, resolve conflict
