Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Analyst (Eastwood City)
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon CIty)
Responsibilities:
Maintaining efficient and trouble free operations of the WAN/LAN and maintaining up-to-date documentation of Network design, operation and procedure manuals.
Additionally, the Senior Network Engineer may be involved in wiring network cables across various racks, installing new servers in their appropriate locations and helping test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs.
This person will also install switches, routers and other networking gear.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s):
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Solid background in Cisco switching and Routing
* Proven experience in managing a large scale WAN
* In depth background in VoIP, VPNs, firewalls and associated protocol
* Knowledgeable in operating systems and network security
* Must have very strong VoIP and IP Telephony experience, including Call Manager , Call Manager Express, Unity, and Unity Express. Experience with IPCC and IPCC Express is a major plus
* CCVP is a plus
