Requirements:
• At least 2 years in College or finished a 2 year vocational course
• Not currently enrolled
• Average to excellent English verbal communication skills including active listening
• Ability to handle stress and provide excellent customer service
• Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone handling skills
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet and troubleshooting
• Call center experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Willing to work on nightshift
• Willing to work in Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Taguig, Pasay, Cavite
• Full-time positions available
