Sr. Accounts Payable / Procurement Manager
(National Capital Reg – Pasay City)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Accounts payable (procure to pay) tower supporting multiple business unit(s)
Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures related to Credit and Collections.
Purchase Order/Goods Receipt Processing
Invoice processing
Cash Disbursements
Vendor Master Maintenance
Internal/External Customer Service
Identify potential financial risks and communicate these risks to ACS Sr. Management
Ensure compliance with all service levels and key measures
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Manage a team of Supervisors, Team Leads and Associates
Initiate and support continuous improvement (Six Sigma)
Develop common procedures and practices to streamline operations
Procure to Pay Functions:
Cash Disbursements – Accounts payable Processing
Understand purchase order process
Understand two-way and three-way matching
Understand goods receipt processing
Cash Disbursements – Exceptions resolution
Cash Disbursements – Process payments
Cash Disbursements – Purchasing (Purchase Order Processing)
Vendor and Internal Customer Service – Call Center
Cash Disbursements – Travel and Entertainment
Goods Receipt Processing
Vendor Master Maintenance
Requirements:
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* 5-7 years of experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
* Managerial leadership and team management experience
* Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* High motivation and desire to work towards increasing levels of responsibility and challenge
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work at night shift
* Full-Time positions available.
