Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities:
-Acts as front-line contact with the customers by telephonic communications.
-Receives and responds to problems, queries and requests of the customer.
-Ensures achievement of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Speaks Spanish.
-Excellent communication skills in conversational English.
-Graduate of any four-year course.
-Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in the call center industry.
-Can successfully multi-task, prioritize and exhibit time management skills.
-Has the ability to work well under pressure/stress and can work in a fast paced/goal driven environment.
-Knowledge of and ability to apply standards & practices related to customer service.
-Willing to work on any shift.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
