QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year college degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Must have a strong tolerance to pressure

Willing to work on a multi-shift environment

US customer-contact experience is an advantage

Experience in recovery collections will also be an advantage
