RESPONSIBILITIES:
* JOIN EXCELASIA’S FREE CALL CENTER TRAINING PROGRAM NOW!!!
* Trainees are entitled to 100 HOURS of Call Center Training Program! 10 days training, Mondays through Fridays, 8 hrs a day.
* After completion of the training, trainees will be endorsed to top Call Centers in Cebu (namely Convergys, Etelecare, TeleTech, People Support, Wipro, and Sykes)
* You may walk-in for an interview with your resume from Mondays through Fridays between 9am to 5pm.
* Interviews can ONLY be conducted face to face and applicants are required to bring two copies of their resumes.
* You may apply with friends or relatives who would like to join the training.
* Schedules Available:
* 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays, no weekends
* All applicants are screened so bring your resume, be interviewed and should you qualify for the FREE call center training – start learning what you need to know to get that dream job in a call center!
* Applicants with EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS or with CALL CENTER WORK EXPERIENCE will be endorsed right away, or given assistance in their application to the TOP CALL CENTER COMPANIES in CEBU! Services are absolutely FREE of charge!
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Must be an incoming 2nd year level. Must have at least 3 semesters of College
* Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Basic Computer Skills.
* Preferred skill(s): Multitasking Skills, Listening Comprehension Skills, Problem Solving Skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
