Call Center Agents

Call Center Agents (Basic 12,000 - 15,000 Php)
(National Capital Reg - Makati City, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* The Customer Service Associate handles inbound calls from customers and provides solutions for their inquiries, concerns and complaints regarding the product they purchased or service they availed.
* The Technical Support Representative receives inbound calls and provides troubleshooting services to customers of computer hardware and software manufacturing companies, network providers and electronics manufacturing companies.

Requirements:

* Candidate should have finished all first and second year college subjects or possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Candidate must have excellent English communication skills.
* Candidate must have good listening and analytical skills.
* Candidate must have the ability to apply logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries.
* Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City and Quezon City.
* Candidate must be willing to work graveyard shifts and rotating schedules.
* Candidate must be willing to start ASAP.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
