CALL CENTER AGENTS – OUTBOUND US CAMPAIGN
Responsibilities:
Candidates will be handling a US outbound (Business to Business) Campaign.
Candidates should be familiar on handling internet ads/postings.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Strictly with call center exposure with an outbound/sales US
With exposure on extraction of credit card number/mother’s maiden name/social security number
Excellent skills in customer service.
Excellent skills in selling, promotional campaigns.
Preferably with sales experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Must be willing to work on the night/graveyard shift.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
20 Full-Time positions available.
