Requirements:
Candidate must possess at a Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least 2nd year college level in any field.
Related work experience in a call center is an advantage but not required.
One must be customer-centric, attentive to details and has high tolerance fro stress.
Has excellent analytical, judgment and listening skills.
Has above average communication skills in English.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
