Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least two years of college education in any field.
Required skill(s): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have a strong tolerance to pressure
Willing to work on a multi-shift environment
US customer-contact experience is an advantage
Experience in recovery collections will also be an advantage
Required language(s): English.
