At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Sourcing, preferably applied to call center/BPO / insurance/ telecommunications organizations

Experience in launching ad campaigns, marketing gimmicks, event conceptualization and management

Experience conducting market research/scans/competitive info

Proven experience in high volume recruitment or mass sourcing of employees/ subscribers an advantage

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Strong people skills

Good negotiating skills

Good project management skills
