Responsibilities:
The position would be responsible for managing end to end implementation of Business Intelligence for Sutherland and its clients. Responsibilities would include:
Developing networks of BI users and a community of practice around information management and application of BI capabilities.
Project managing organization-wide BI implementations following the complete BI cycle.
Creating standardized queries and dashboards for marketing teams to enable multiple level analyses
Acting as a Consultant/Technical Architect to External and Internal Customers in developing a Reporting Model/Solution (Data Capturing, Integration & Reporting).
Supporting the Business Process Excellence and Transformation Team for creating a “Visual Factory” for operations, where Black Belts and Master Black Belts would conceptualize the Measurement System and the BI team would Automate Data Capturing/Reporting/Alerting, thus enabling the operations teams to be well informed and planned.
The ideal candidate would have at least 14 years experience of which 5 to 7 years in a contact center/customer service environment preferred.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
At least 14 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
