What is required of you:
Excellent English verbal communication skills including active listening
Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
Call center experience is an advantage but not a requirement
Ability to handle stress and provide excellent customer service
Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent phone handling skills
Computer literate
Hardworking
Teachable
Willing to learn
Able to work full time
Willing to work in Pasig City and have late night hours
