Blue Chip Call Center Representatives: This valued, respected, entry level position is the beginning of an exciting, rewarding career. Selected candidates will be expected to educate customers on the benefits, features, and services of their card product, process transactions, and update account records. Selected candidates must be superbly skilled at delivering extraordinary experiences and customer care. Requirements:
Candidates must be college graduates
Preferably with at least 6 months call center work experience (handling a financial account a plus)
Exceptional English communication skills
Strong Customer Service orientation
Good multitasking skills
Computer literate and Internet savvy
Willing to be assigned in Makati City
Willing to work on shifting schedules
