With previous experience as call center agent (this should mean at least an above average Written & Oral English skills and accent neutralization training). Otherwise, candidate must possess really excellent English communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and Macros. Knowledge with Microsoft Access and VB is a plus.
Previous accounting or auditing or package tracking experience with shipping or forwarding company is a big plus.
Willing to work with above 15K a month as a start rate.
Willing to work on a regular graveyard schedule.
This position would involve making outbound calls to U.S. based, small parcel carriers such as: Federal Express, UPS and DHL. Any experience with small parcel tracking and auditing using any of the aforementioned companies would also be considered a plus.
