Responsibilities:
Perform Financial Transactions
• Process shipments for billing
• Resolve billing errors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation
• Answer customer service inquiries
• Analyze reports for billing accuracy
• Provide sales information to divisions
• Provide information to FSC Accounting as needed for period close
• Maintain all billing files
• Ensure delivery of invoices to customers is performed
• Provide back-up support for billing analysts on team
• Assist on special projects with FSC credit and account, and customer service
• Maintain high degree of accuracy in data entry
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
* Must be willing to work at night shift
