FIRST LINE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
(Central Visayas - Lapu Lapu City)
Responsibilities:
Shall provide front line technical assistance to users and clients.
Resolve company computer end user immediate problems.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Lapu Lapu City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
At least one (1) year experience as an IT support technician.
Call Center background is an advantage.
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s degree in any computer related course.
Knowledge in operating systems, client applications, productivity suites installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Full-Time position available.
