Infrastracture and Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving and troubleshooting of network problems, implement network infrastracture changes and modifications and install, configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, etc.
Requirements:
College Graduate of any Information Technology or Computer related course
Minimum of three to five years experience in a similar position preferably gained from BPO, Call Center or Telecommunications companies.
Knowlegeable in Windows 2003/2000 and NT Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange 2003/5.5, Microsoft Office Applications, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, Wireless, Servers (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, etc) and structured cabling
CISCO knowledge is an advantage
Able to work under pressure on critical support issues
Team player, results - oriented and willing to work long hours
Above average oral and written communication skills
Must have well - developed interpersonal skills
