Responsibilities

* Responsible for providing excellent customer service by phone for one of the world’s leading consumer banks.

Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
* Completed at least 3 years of college education, or completed a diploma/certificate course, preferably in a Finance or Business-related course
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Work experience in the banking and finance industry, and familiarity with loan and mortgage processing, are highly preferred
* Fresh graduates or those without previous work experience are also welcome to apply
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
