Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include People Management, ensuring SLA delivery and Client Relationship Management

Requirements:
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, MBA is an advantage but not required
• Must have at least 8-10+ years of total work experience, 2 - 4 years of which are in managing line managers or supervisors
• Must have background in the BPO/call center industry.
• Exposure to Collections, Customer Service, Inbound, Outbound, Telemarketing for B2C or B2B campaign is an advantage
• Alternative background: credit and collections in banks or credit card company with a sizable operations
• Analytical Skills - exposure to Six Sigma can be an advantage
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
