Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Solid HR / recruitment background with a thorough knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
Experience of recruiting within the financial services sector preferred
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
