Business Solutions Associate (Call Center)
(National Capital Reg - Eastwood, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
Build customer relationships and provide product information to assist them in determining what is best for their needs
Generate leads and appointments for product presentation
Handles daily inquiries of clients and provide information on promotions and new services
May arrange special orders, delivery or installation, and prepare documentation for leads generated and orders placed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
Candidate must possess above average communication and organizational skills
Experience in marketing, inside sales or business consulting is an advantage
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Required language(s): English.
