Admin Officer

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is required to take proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as:
Recruitment and Selection
Training and Development
Purchasing
Performance Management
Other HR related projects as they arise.
Function as HR & General Affairs providing viewpoint regarding all aspects of organizations structure, management systems and in the management of staff.
Involved in budget planning and keep track of staff cost budget while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of manpower by statistical analysis.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Male/Female, not more than 35 years old.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be flexible, results-driven and hardworking.
Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in Ortigas (Satellite Office)
