Responsibilities:
The Assistant Program Manager would be responsible for managing metrics in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to manage clients is highly desired.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field and industry is required for this position.
Candidates applying for the position would have at least 4 years experience of which the last 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in the BPO industry. He/she would have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and can manage teams of supervisors and agents.
Experienced in handling Inbound Sales account(s) is a definite advantage.
Candidate must be willing to work in Camarines Sur and can start immediately.
Experience in working with people on different levels
Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
Experience in managing a budget and the ability to analyze statistical information
