WHAT THE PROJECT IS NOT
• The project does not involve call center operations work. (Although we will be supporting the operations of our US-based client, we will not be answering phone calls from our client’s customers – like what most call centers do.)
• The work does not require any programming or IT related work. (You may have some friends who are doing programming work in Accenture and probably think that BPO is an IT project. Please note that projects within Accenture Manila Delivery Center vary. Although majority of our projects are in IT, we also have projects related to business process outsourcing
• The work does not involve any consulting work,
Responsibilities:
• Transaction processing and measurement
• Feedback to Team Supervisors and Managers on processes and procedures
• Special projects as needed and approved
• Involvement in community activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates for Health Operations Services must be a graduate of a four year degree course preferably non IT/Engineering. Candidate must be proficient in English communication on both oral and written. And must have the ability to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issues.
