Responsibilities
Manages and spearheads the direction, coordination and management of the training program performance within specialty lines of business with the ICT Group.
Proven expertise in driving customer satisfaction, strong process mapping skills, analytical skills, ability to pull together multiple departments and create, implement and access action plans for success, strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
Training Program Objectives: The Incumbent’s front line responsibilities are to transfer business objectives, product knowledge and user skills for all product lines to impact ICT’s overall profitability objectives and user productivity.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Instructional Systems Design, Microsoft Office Products.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or Currently Quality and Training Managers.
