Assistant Manager for Accounts and Finance
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for the finance function for Aditya Birla Minacs Philippines Inc.
• Perform financial planning / forecasting, and analyze and review budgets, cash flows and consolidated reports for management reporting purposes.
• Ensure that the company meets and comply with all accounting, tax, statutory, PHP GAAP and regulative requirements.
• Ensure that all company policies, procedures and internal control are properly implemented.
• Supervise the accounting department and ensure that accounting reports are in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principle.
• Review and verify the accuracy, consistency propriety of supporting document for all claims, payment and other accounting transactions in compliance with accounting practices and guidelines.
• Monitor bank status at any given time and is notify the management of any non-compliance issues.
Requirements:
• Candidates must be a graduate of Finance or Accounting; preferably a CPA
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the Finance/Accounting Department of a BPO / call center
• Knowledge in PeopleSoft or other ERP system is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• High organizational & management skills
