The Assistant HR Manager for Employee Relations is responsible for implementing the company’s labor / employee relations policy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Political Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Over three (3) years previous experience on the same capacity, specifically labor/employee relations and events organizing.
Minimum training required.
Should be very familiar with the Philippine Labor Code.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Manila Site (U-belt).
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
