Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing functional expertise amd product leadership, including publishing strategy and general business expertise for products and product lines, ensuring alignment and support of department and organization objectives.
* Develops systems and services that support Company and business unit needs; provides leadership and focus in area of expertise.
* Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget.
* Develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals.
* Formulates and implements procedures on operational processes; ensures operations’ effective achievement of objectives.
* Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
* 3-5 yrs previous Call Center experience with a minimum of 3 years Call Center OperationsManagement experience.
* Ability to create work schedules that balance the forecasted workload against specialist availability and shift flexibility, costs, and service level requirements for a multi-shift group with a large number of employees.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.
* Experience with P&L/Budgeting, etc.
* Strong understanding of call center metrics.
* Strong communication skills and ability to understand how to motivate teams and individuals.
