ASIA SECURITY MANAGER : Call Center Jobs Mandaluyong City

* Manage security of the company in the Asia Pacific Region
* Plan, develop, and implement security policies and procedures, loss prevention program, crisis and emergency response plan, evacuation procedures and other contingency program.
* Develop and implement security awareness training program as aids in achieving employee compliance with corporate security policies and procedures.
* Execute corporate policies and procedures on the protection employees and the company
* Plan and manage budget and resources of the department.
* Manage security projects and ensure operations and proper maintenance of security systems.
* Conduct investigations into cases that happened within the company premises.
* Will Oversee security management team
* Perform security surveys, internal security self-assessments, audits, and inspections.
* Ensure company operations are in compliance with security standards, policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
* At least 10 years of experience in security work of which 5 years in a managerial capacity.
* Has worked in Southeast Asia or Asia region.
* Worked in a semiconductor company could be an advantage
* With military background and/or security exposure with multi-national companies is another plus.
* Male or Female between 35-45 years old.
* Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
