The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction. The role will provide customers post-sales technical support for APC’s core product line and advise potential and existing cutomers on product selection. This will require an understanding of system availability concepts and APC’s solutions for providing uptime.

CSR’s are required to interpret polocies and make business decisions under pressure, base on customer and company needs  to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Opportunity for growth and advancement that is limited only by drive, desire, competitive spirit, and aptitude for learning.

Essential Functions:

·         Provides post-sales technical support via phone.

·         Ensures every interaction creates the optimal customer experience.

·         Assist potential customer with product selection and configuration.

·         Identifies and routes large opportunities to sales teams for follow-up and closure.


·         Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience;

·         Preferably with at least 1 year Call Center or Technical Support experience;

·         Other Technical or Engineering experience shall be an advantage;

·         Fresh Graduates with high scholastic records, technical orientation and good English communications skills are encouraged to apply;

·         Must have strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude;

·         Demonstrates ambition and drive for results;

·         Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

·         Must have the desire to go and beyond to serve the customer;

·         Fluency in English is required;

·         Willing to work in shifting schedule;

·         Willing to work in Cavite.
