Responsibilities:
Perform the following operational responsibilities:
Validate and post invoices
Process weekly statement bills
Process return invoices from vendor
Load of purchase orders and accruals into freight systems
Process refunds
Meet or exceed Operational throughput/quality
Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects
Minimum Qualifications
The position will be responsible for keying data into applications, researching failure reasons, contacting internal and external customers for information and adding/changing freight invoice information necessary to ensure the freight invoice is paid. Errors at this level cause substantial delay, expense, and/or disruption.
This position requires knowledge of accounting concepts, practices and procedures 2-3 years of accounts payable experience. Experience working with financial systems and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is required, preferably SAP, Infinium/AS400 based, and Passport. Analyze processes and controls, write queries and run/produce ad hoc reporting, plan improvements, manage priorities, and have effective communication and writing skills.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
