RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide world-class customer service through inbound or outbound calls by: responding to the clients’ issues and concerns; handling customer inquiries and complaints; and providing information on products and services
• Provide customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer problems through diagnosis and providing of solutions for technical and service issues

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed at least 2 years in college or a 2-year vocational course (with no back subject in first year and second year)
• Not currently enrolled
• Average to excellent English verbal communication skills including active listening
• Ability to handle stress and provide excellent customer service
• Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone handling skills
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet and troubleshooting
• Call center experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift
• Full-time positions available
