Responsibilities:
Answer all department incoming phone calls.
Receive visitors to the department and respond appropriately following department protocol.
Coordinate and maintain schedules/calendars for Director. Coordinate events and department meetings.
Make arrangements related to employee travel, applicant, vendor or client visits; reservations, airline tickets, car rental, catering, etc.
Type, file, copy and fax when requested.
Prepare correspondence, reports, graphs and charts as requested.
Regulate usage and order supplies within the department.
Maintain records and department databases as requested which may include network administration (add, change, delete), expense reports, attendance reports, service agreements, purchase requisitions.
Schedule meetings, interviews and/or tours as requested.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Must be willing to work in the evening shift.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Call Center experience is an advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.
